What we've done to protect you and our staff

As a result of the impact of coronavirus we have made changes to how we offer our services.  These includes requiring pre-bookings for all services, staff wearing face shields and masks and additional time between services to allow our staff to clean all equipment and worksurfaces.


Customers are also required to wear masks, which we can provide if necessary.

Your safety is our utmost priority and we will do all we can to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in our salon.

What to expect when you visit us

To all clients please read this message fully so that you know the procedures we have put in place for your arrival at the salon for your appointment.

Please come alone to your appointment, if you are unable to come alone please contact the salon in advance. Please bring as little items with you as possible.

We do not have an operating waiting room so you will be asked to wait outside the salon until we are ready to invite you in.

On arrival to the salon please wear a mask and we will ask you to wait outside, once ready to enter we will check your temperature and you may hang up your jacket if required.

We will then supply you with hand sanitiser which is mandatory for both you and your stylist and we will then place a disposable gown over your clothing and take your allocated seat which will be fully sanitised before your arrival.

You must wear your mask throughout the entire service due to government guidelines, if you are unable or have any queries on this please contact the salon before arrival.

No food is allowed to be brought into the salon and we can no longer offer tea/coffee to you so we ask if you can bring your own bottle of water if you feel you may need it.

We thank you in advance for following the rules and being patient, these rules are new to us all too but we are glad to be back in the salon and looking forward to seeing you.
